Chengliankaida Technology.co.,LTD founded in 2007 and was headquartered  Tongzhou district Beijing, covers 20000 square meters, as a high-tech enterprise ,we specializing in research & development series vacuum welding machines and production line of semiconductor device package.

With the developing of company, we continuously expand the production area. Now another new factory already in producing, in order to improve the service quality and short delivery time, we will unremitting efforts to do better.
